29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: On or about February 1, 2017, and times prior to, in the Course Draw area, the work rest on the Pointer GT portable bench grinder was adjusted greater than 1/8" of the grinding wheel. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards and contact with the rotating grinding wheel.
