29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of nickel carbonyl listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of .001 parts per million (ppm): This violation occurred on or about December 12, 2016, when an employee cleaning the nickel carbonyl generator was exposed to a dose of nickel carbonyl hat exceeded the 8-hour Time Weighted Average in an 8-hour work shift.
