29 CFR 1910.213(h)(3): Radial saw(s) were not provided with an adjustable stop to prevent the forward travel of the blade beyond the position necessary to complete the cut in repetitive operations: On or about 1/19/17 in the Trim Department; the employer allowed employees to operate/cross cut wood on the "The Speedcut Inc." radial arm saw and the cutting blade extended 9" beyond the holding table; thus exposing employees to a potential laceration/amputation hazard and injury.
