29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Location: a) Exterior supported scaffold on the Southwest side of the building: b) Exterior supported scaffold on the Northwest side of the building: On or about 12/05/16, employees were working on a 4th tier platform of a 5-tier-high supported scaffold. On the working platform, guardrail systems were not installed along ends of platforms to protect employees from falling to lower level. Employees were exposed to falling approximately 24 feet to lower level.
