29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(1): The employer did not use engineering controls and work practices in all operations covered by 29 CFR 1926.1101, regardless of the levels of the exposure: a) Highland Hospital, SE 280A Area - On or about 07/26/2016, employees conducted the removal of asbestos-containing materials mastic contained 39% and 40% asbestos with a hammer and saw. The employer did not use appropriate engineering controls and work practice controls during the asbestos removal. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
