29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Sales office - On or about June 15, 2016, the portable fire extinguisher near the door shared with the maintenance garage was not identified and was mounted at a height where it was difficult to retrieve. b) Maintenance garage - On or about June 15, 2016, a portable fire extinguisher in the back of the garage near the office door was not identified for use. c) Maintenance garage - On or about June 15, 2016, a portable fire extinguisher in the front of the room near the bay doors was not mounted or identified for use. d) Fertilizer and chemical storage room, adjacent to the maintenance garage - On or about June 28, 2016, a portable fire extinguisher in the front of the room near the bay doors was not mounted or identified for use.
