29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition: Cold flash area, Wyman Gordon Company, 244 Worcester Street, North Grafton, Massachusetts; The locking pins for the forks on forklift 9663 in the Cold Flash Area were broken allowing for the free movement of the forks when loading or moving stock. The shifting of the forks could cause the stock to fall and strike an employee exposing them to struck by hazards.
