29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Legible signs were not posted in construction areas at points of hazard: a) 37 N 63rd Street, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not provide at least one advance warning sign in the southbound lane to warn road users that road work was taking place or what actions the road user must take to drive through the work zone thus exposing the employees to work zone struck-by hazards on or about November 20, 2015. ABATEMENT NOTE: Reference MUTCD standards 6G2-b(4) that require advance warning or advance warning sign to show point of hazard.
