29 CFR 1910.184(c)(14): The employer allowed for slings without affixed and legible identification markings to be used: On or about 04/30/2015, bundling chains used in the IBBI area and in C-building at the Harrison Steel Plant by employees when lifting bar stock, did not have identification markings. Identifiers such as, but not limited to, size, grade and rated capacity were not permanently marked on the chains.
