29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a. 92 North Main Street, Wharton, NJ - Blending Room The employer did not ensure that egress route(s) to the northeast and southwest sides of the blending room were kept free and unobstructed. Egress routes for employees and temporary employees to the exit doors were permanently narrowed by blending machinery and pipes which protruded into the exit route, narrowing it to approximately 18-22 inches wide.
