29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically outline procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: The employer did not ensure that the energy control procedures addressed all potentially hazardous energy sources for employees who were performing serving operations on equipment such as, but not limited to, HEM Saws. Servicing operations included, but not limited to, blade changing.
