29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure. Unvaccinated employees performed first aid response rendering assistance where there was the potential presence of blood. These employees had not been offered the hepatitis B vaccine within 24 hours of the response.
