29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: On or about October 8, 2014 a scaffold being used to access the upper levels of the main structure located at the jobsite did not have a guard rail system on its open sides, exposing employees to fall hazards.
