29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily: On or about October 8, 2014, in the machine shop, shop towels contaminated with residues of flammable Crack Check PHF Penetrant were discarded in open metal containers by employees after wiping excess liquid from casting surfaces, exposing employees to the hazards of fire.
