29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit must be clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit." Charging Deck: On, or about, October 9, 2014, the fixed ladder located on the West crane landing deck was not provided with an exit sign. The ladder served as the second exit from the crane deck in the event that the exit door provided into the boiler house was not available for use.
