29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(i): Potable water was not provided in all places of employment, for drinking, washing of the person, cooking, washing of foods, washing of cooking or eating utensils, washing of food preparation or processing premises, or personal service rooms: a. At the site, employees were exposed to heat exhaustion, in that, a supply of potable drinking water was not provided by the employer. Employees were offered water bottles for 25 cents to purchase from the company or bring their own water.
