29 CFR 1917.26(b): A first aid kit and at least one person holding a valid first aid certificate were not at the terminal when work was in progress: a) On or about August 28, 2014, at the facility, first aid providers were not present at the terminal. Employees had sustained injuries such as, but not limited to electrical shocks and no first responder was present when work was in progress.
