29 CFR 1910.147(c)(5)(i): Locks, tags, chains, wedges, key blocks, adapter pins, self-locking fasteners, or other hardware were not provided by the employer for isolating, securing, or blocking of machines or equipment from energy sources: a) On or about 07/26/2014 - Anodize department, employees performing maintenance in polishing tanks #79A and #79B, rinse tanks #80 and #81, and hot seal tank #104 were not provided devices such as, but not limited to locks and other isolating devices. b) On or about 07/31/2014 - Polishing department, employees performing cleaning and maintenance on a Cimotec robotic cell were not provided a lock.
