29 CFR 1910.272(e)(2): Employees assigned special tasks in the grain handling facility, such as bin entry and handling of flammable or toxic substances, were not provided training to perform these tasks safety: On or about July 16, 2014, an employee assigned to enter grain storage bin T-10 was not provided with adequate training to perform tasks safely and avoid mechanical and engulfment hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
