29 CFR 1910.266(h)(2)(vi): The backcut did not leave sufficient hinge wood to hold the tree to the stump during most of its fall so that the hinge is able to guide the tree's fall in the intended direction: A.) Isaac Bundy dba Bundy Tree Service, wooded area off of Pollock Lane, Parker, PA 16049, on or about June 6, 2014 and times prior thereto: An employee on-site was felling trees for logging operations with a chain saw. At the logging site, the employee was making cuts with the chain saw that did not produce sufficient hinge wood.
