29 CFR 1926.452(w)(1): The mobile scaffold was not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, to prevent racking or collapse of the scaffold and secure vertical members together laterally so as to automatically square and ali(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AND/OR CONDITIONS)(DESCRIBE HAZARDS WHERE NECESSARY) On or about May 28, 2014 a) Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 and 10.2 feet while using a mobile scaffold system, That was not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces.
