29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder shall not be used as a step. a) First floor of residence located at 3155 Fonseca Pass, College Park, Georgia. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6-feet while using the top and the top step of a self-supporting ladder as a means of mounting and dismounting an upper landing.
