29 CFR 1926.50(b): Provisions were not made prior to commencement of the project for prompt medical attention in case of serious injury: On or about July 19, 2011 an employee engaged in prep work operations for concrete roadway pour in extreme temperatures was hospitalized due to heat stoke. The employer did not ensure that prompt medical attention was available prior to the start of the job. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
