29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Saker ShopRites, Inc. dba World Class Kitchens/Linden, NJ - Smoke House/Chemical Storage Area: Eye wash facility was not provided to employees using corrosives such as but not limited to: a) LAC100 (which contains sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide) b) Chlor Machine Dish Detergent (which contains sodium carbonate, sodium tripoly phosphate, and sodium sulfate), c) IPC 400 (which contains sodium hydroxide), etc. Condition observed on/or about December 6, 2013.
