29 CFR 1910.107(c)(9)(i): All metal parts of spray booths, exhaust ducts, and piping systems conveying flammable liquids or liquids with a flashpoint greater than 199.4 deg F (93 deg C) or aerated solids were not properly electrically grounded in an effective and permanent manner. PAINT SPRAY BOOTH: On or about November 4, 2013, the spray nozzle used to disperse urethane enamel onto finished metal components was not effectively grounded to the spray booth or other suitable building surface to prevent the build-up of static electricity on the gun.
