29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a. On or about October 25, 2013, Saw Shed #2, at the operators station of the Clary Short Cutter Top and Bottom Saw, the 5-inch sprocket and chain did not have a guard, exposing employees to the hazard of being caught by the sprocket.
