29 CFR 1910.1025(j)(3)(i)(B): The employer did not make available medical examinations and consultations to each employee covered under 1910.1025(j)(1)(i) of this section prior to assignment for each employee assigned for the first time to an area in which airborne concentrations of lead were at or above the action level: (a) Piezo Kinetics, Inc. - The employer did not make available medical examinations prior to assignment for employees assigned for the first time to areas where the lead exposure was above the action level, on or about August 29, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
