29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): All pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers: a) On August 20, 2013 and at times prior thereto; first floor; employees were using unguarded energized outlets either plugged in directly or by portable extension cords to power electrical equipment, such as but not limited to saws and other tools used in the process. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
