29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii). (a) Worksite, west side of residential home, fabricated frame scaffold - An employee installing trim along the second story dormer worked from the fabricated frame scaffold's work platform, which was not fully planked between the intermediate level uprights of the end frame on, or about July 12, 2013. Note: In addition to abetment certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this violation in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
