29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. Jobsite: Pump jack scaffolding along south side of building. An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 29 feet while working unprotected on the pump jack scaffolding.
