29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): A power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: (a) The steer tires on the 30000 lb Taylor Eagle fork lift #5 was not in safe operating condition in that the solid drive tires had been worn beyond their tread depth. The side walls were cut and missing extensive amounts of rubber. (Amended per ISA)
