29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: On or about May 29, 2013, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards and/or embolism when the lever-handle blowgun nozzles at some workstations were used to blow off metal chips/debris and clean the machines were not designed to reduce the air pressure to 30 psi.
