29 CFR 1926.701(b): Protruding reinforcing steel, onto and into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement. On or about May 30, 2013, and times prior thereto, two employee were working on a scaffold platform not fully planked with heights more than 10 feet from the ground without any type of fall protection system, and erected right by protruding reinforced steel bars that were not guarded. These conditions expose employees to impalement hazards from falling.
