29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 1106 Ocean Avenue, Pt. Pleasant NJ: Employees, not supplied with fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19 feet 5 inches to the ground surface below when performing framing erection, framing installation, and other related activities less than six feet from an unprotected edge. Condition observed on or about 05/20/13.
