29 CFR 1910.268(f)(1): The employer did not provide rubber insulating equipment designed for the voltage levels to be encountered and/or did ensure that the equipment was used by employees as required by this section: a) Knollwood Drive and Riverdale Avenue, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724: On or about May 14, 2013, employees were not provided with rubber insulated gloves, blankets, nor any other rubber insulated equipment. Employees were working in the vacinity of energized overhead powerlines and telecommunication lines of varying potentials. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
