29 CFR 1926.452(c)(3): Frames and panels were not joined together vertically by coupling or stacking pins or equivalent means: Building 340: On April 25, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 25 feet and subsequently becoming struck by collapsing scaffolding which was missing pins throughout all levels and adjoining tiers.
