29 CFR 1926.452(c)(3): Frames and panels were not joined together vertically by coupling or stacking pins or equivalent means: Building 340: On April 25, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees and sub-contracting employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 25 feet and subsequently becoming struck by collapsing scaffolding which was missing pins throughout all levels and adjoining tiers.
