29 CFR 1910.1027(i)(3)(iii): The employer did not prohibit the removal of cadmium from protective clothing and equipment by blowing, shaking, or any other means that dispersed cadmium into the air: (a) AECOM - The employer did not prohibit employees from removing cadmium dust at the end of the work shift by using compressed air, on or about March 7, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
