29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed: (a) 1800 Warnock Street, Electrical service panel box - On or about 2/26/2013, employees performing electrical work at the site were exposed to electrical hazards from an unused opening in the electrical service panel that was not effectively closed. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
