Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 004 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: (a) 600 Block of Taylor Road, Windsor, Pennsylvania - The employer did not ensure the employer or employees had current training and a valid certificate in first aid administration from the American Red Cross or an equivalent training course when medical response time provisions exceeded four minutes from the time of the accident occurrence to the treatment of the injured employee, on or about December 13, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and shall state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
