29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel. The employer does not keep overcurrent devices readily accessible. This violation occurred on or about January 18, 2013, and at times prior thereto, on the northern wall of the paint area where employees are exposed to a fire and electrical hazard when attempting to access "Panel C" that is being blocked by the tank conveyor and propane tanks. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that all overcurrent devices are readily accessible.
