29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): 29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): To prevent employees from entering hazard areas, the employer did not erect and maintain control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard areas and/or did not train each employee to understand what these markings signify. On or about October 22, 2012, at the jobsite located on the new Highway 11/25, southwest of Star City, Arkansas, the employer did not erect and maintain control and warning lines to mark the swing radius of the crane exposing employees to struck by and crushing hazards.
