29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Employee(s) working in an area where there is potential exposure to airborne lead at any level were not informed of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025: a) Henry RAC Holding Corporation, 59 East 1st Street, Bayonne, NJ 07002 Employees exposed to lead during test firing operations were not trained on health hazards associated with lead and OSHA standard requirements. Lead contamination was found throughout the facility to include 432.05 ug in the facepiece of an employee half mask respirator, 309.64 ug on the firing apparatus handle and 1236.42 ug on a table inside the firing range. Conditions noted on or about 09/21/2012 and 12/14/2012.
