29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. (a) Cook Plant - On or about September 25, 2012 ammonia machine room was being used for storage creating a tripping hazard for the maintenance employees. The floor contained pallets of equipment, paper, etc.
