29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a) Worksite, South side of building- Employee was working on a fabricated frame scaffold approximately 18 feet above the ground. The scaffold did not have guardrails installed; on or about 05/18/12. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
