29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. a) Jobsite - 2000 Parrish Street - The employer did not provide each employee performing bricklaying operations with training to recognize the hazards and to understand the procedures to control the hazards associated with scaffolds. The employees were exposed to multiple hazards including falls, struck-by, and electrical contact while performing their activties. Observed on or about 4/30/12.
