29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Rig #35: Employees were exposed to electrical shock due to tension not being relieved by the use of functional strain relief device from the terminal screws at the following locations: a. between the two mud tanks on the ground floor, at the #53 flexible electrical plug. b. between to two mud tanks on the ground floor, the #54 flexible electrical plug. c. On the outside wall of the Crew Quarters the two plug receptacle was hanging loose.
