29 CFR 1910.119(d)(2)(i)(D): Process safety information pertaining to the techno logy of the process did not include the safe upper and lower limits for such ite ms as temperatures, pressures, flows or compositions: The employer does not ensu re that the safe upper and lower limits for such items as temperature, pressure, flows or compositions are included in the process safety information. a) This v iolation occurred on or about November 15, 2010, when the employer did not adequ ately include in the process safety information the MAWP for the Instrument Air Tank b) This violation occurred on or about November 15, 2010 when the employer did not include in the process safety information the MAWP for the Liquid Ammoni a/Oil Knock-Out Tank c) This violation occurred on or about November 15, 2010 when the employer did n ot include in the process safety information the MAWP for the Liquid Ammonia/Oil Knock-Out Surge Tank. This exposed employees to the hazards of fire and explosi on. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19(d), within 10 calendar days of the date of this c itation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps it is taking to ensure proces s safety information shall include the safe upper and lower limits.
