29 CFR 1910.119(o)(4): ADM Milling Co. - Lincoln, NE - The employer did not determine and document an appropriate response to each of the findings of the compliance audit required by 29 CFR 1910.119(o)(1), and document that the deficiencies had been corrected. Multiple findings on the facility 2010 Process Safety Compliance Audit were not corrected and/or documented as corrected including, but not limited to P&ID update (abated), PHA inadequacies, incident/near miss documentation and mechanical integrity procedures. Abatement certification is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
