Chemicals in the chemical storage cage, acids, bases and oxidizers were stored in close proximity and oxidizing agent was stored on a wood pallet. Accidental mixture of these chemicals may liberate heat and may cause a fire and toxic gases. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED PER 29 CFR 1903.19(c)
